Rental Requirements:

• A $200 deposit is required at time of rental reservation.
• A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund.  If we do not receive 48 hours notice, the renter will not be refunded the deposit.  For one-day rentals, the daily rental rate will be changed.
• Renter must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 23 years of age.
• Rental must have verifiable insurance coverage.
• A major credit card is required for ALL rentals.  

 

Please Note:

• The handicap stickers on the van are COURTESY REQUESTED only.  They are not state-issued and do not allow you to park in a handicap spot.
• If you use a SERVICE ANIMAL, please inform us prior to reservation.  Service animals are the only animal allowed in the van.  Verification of service animals must be provided.  Unauthorized animals will incur additional charges.  Your credit card will be charged for the addional fees.
• All of our vans are NON-SMOKING if smoke is detected, there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $90.00.  The actual amount will be determined after initial cleaning.  Your credit card will be charged for the additional cleaning.
• In the event a key is lost during your rental, your credit card will be charged the amount of the replacement key.
• Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas prior to departure.  There is a $15 service charge plus $6.00/ gallon if we have to refuel that will be charged to your credit card.
• Vehicles returned by 10:00am at no additional charge.
• Vehicles returned between 10:01am-2:00pm will be charged for half a day. 
• Vehicles returned after 2:00pm will be charged an addional day.
