Rental Requirements:

  • A $200 deposit is required at time of rental reservation.
  • A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund. If we do not receive 48 hours notice, the renter will not be refunded the deposit. For one-day rentals, the daily rental rate will be charged.
  • Renter must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 23 years of age.
  • Renter must have verifiable insurance coverage.
  • A major credit card is required for ALL rentals. (NO DEBIT CARDS)
  • $25 fee for 5-25 miles with a $1 fee for each additional mile
  • Rental agent must be notified if vehicle is going to be driven out of state
  • Renter is allowed fifteen hundred (1500) miles with no additional charge
  • If mileage exceeds allowable limit, renter will be charged .25 cent per additional mile

Please Note:

  • The handicap stickers on the van are COURTESY REQUESTED only. They are not state-issued and do not allow you to park in a handicap spot.
  • If you use a SERVICE ANIMAL, please inform us prior to reservation. Service animals are the only animals allowed in the van. Verification of service animals must be provided. Unauthorized animals will incur additional charges. Your credit card will be charged for the additional fees. If you must clean vehicle, DO NOT use scented cleaners, perfumes or sprays.
  • All of our vans are NON-SMOKING if smoke is detected, there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $150.00. The actual amount will be determined after initial cleaning. Your credit card will be charged for the additional cleaning.
  • In the event a key is lost during your rental, your credit card will be charged $225.00
  • Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas prior to departure. There is a $15 service charge plus $8.00/ gallon if we have to refuel that will be charged to your credit card.
  • All daily rental rates are based on 24 hours. If vehicle is returned late, additional charges may apply.
